November 5th
Bullshit 6am shakeout from Sherm's, sans Sherm. Just as well since legs were a little trashed from Wednesday's nonsense on the river. Not counting it as mileaj.
November 6th
3.5mi untimed. State Meet Course Preview run @ St. Olaf w/Keebone, Tierney, JC, Ellie, Phillip & The Dreaded Dragon. 1xMind Games w/the qualifiers. 1xFlirting w/Dennis Barker.
November 7th
Off. Assorted sprint-yelling at State. Kevin - 95th (17:46); Tierney - 10th (19:26). Lots of long lovely shadows and leafcrisp air and tie-dye'd shirts and salt water eyes. Perfect race day. Best sport.
November 8th
12.6mi, 1:32:29 (7:20/mi): Stone Arch 6 Reverse to Gehring's + Stone Arch 6. First loop closer to 6:40s, second loop w/Gehring. Great run on a beautiful night. Longest run since TCM 2014, I assume. Longest anything since the Korte. Weekly Totals: ~33mi/5 days. Zero lifting.

Unknown engines underneath the city
November 3rd
4mi untimed. Riverbanks. Not entirely awful, but mainly awful.
November 4th
6.5mi, ?? (??): Out & Back on WRP. 1.5mi WU, 2x2mi (12:29; 11:52) [7min R] 1mi CD. First rep into the wind. Intended to run 9-10 with 6-7 @ tempo but felt super weak for dumb reasons. Need to (a) eat, (b) sleep, (c) drink water, (d) go out with the goods. Blah.

Half of the time we're gone but we don't know where
Oh right, I'm keeping track of this shit again. Umm...
October 11 - 27
I don't know. Not what I would call a whole lot of running. Once with Sherm for 5+ around the lakes, followed by some canoe paddling and some canoe portaging. With the paddling into the wind. And a few jaunts up & down the Riverbanks trails. And a Greenway loop or two. And maybe a Lake St. Loop with Gehring? So...25mi in 2+ weeks?
Wednesday, October 28th
4.5mi untimed (miserable/mi): Lake St. Loop. First snow of the season. Mixed with rain. Fun for a while. Then less fun. [Bizyah Training Plan called for a 60' tempo but I was not emotionally prepared for the assorted truths that would require me to confront.]
Thursday, October 29th
Off. Assorted sprint-yelling at sections. [Bizyah Training Plan called for an easy run.]
Friday, October 30th
6.3mi, untimed (?): Stone Arch Six. I don't really remember this run but I'm pretty sure I like the name "Stone Arch Seven" better than "Stone Arch 6." WRP has been closed for well over a year now...[BTP: OFF]
Saturday, October 31st
Off. Rainy 4mi walk to uptown w/ 2x emotional record shopping (at the wrong record stores). [BTP: 12+mi w/strides]
Sunday, November 1st
7mi, 53:30 (7:40s or whatever): Isles from Colfax. Felt weak & shitty. Because I should eat more. [BTP: easy]
Monday, November 2nd
6.3mi, 44:34 (7:05/mi): Stone Arch Six. Felt better but still weak. BTP called for an off day, but the new notion is to kick into BTP on 11/4 with an eye towards an 11/29 1/2M in Minneapolis.
